Wine Cellar on its way

HOW TO BUILD A WINE CELLAR
1. Make more wine than fits in your refrigerator.
2. Have on hand a perfectly good unused basement
3. Get a laser leveler/pointer from family for Christmas

Dave demonstrating how to use laser leveler thingy
Note in far background 1955 Jukebox and large red curved objects.
These are cleverly to be included in a wine cellar motif.
4. put up some studs ( not the kind I had in mind),
then plastic impervious liner and then big thick insulation
For the technically inclined the insulation is rigid foam
with a rating of 23.5 to 24. ( I don't know 23 what)
Studs up, insulation in and I am planning the decor.

oh forgot it has to have something to hook the racks to.
Then drywall then electricity oh my oh my

To get an idea of placement in basement.
Picture is from entrance to basement
looking toward front of house.
Note the jukebox, and large Dupar's booth
have been moved and are in the general area
where any time now I will relax and drink my wine.
Step 5
A few more things to be done and more pictures as they occur.
